4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your experience. Here’s how refunds are handled:

Digital Products (Music Downloads, Streaming Access):

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Physical Merchandise (Apparel, CDs, Vinyl, etc.):

You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered. To initiate a return, please email mike@mikearchangelo.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Buyer pays return shipping.
Your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment with 5 business days of the arrival of the returned item back to us. Notwithstanding the prior sentence, all refunds will be subject Wix.com refund policies and related terms and conditions.

Event Tickets & Bookings:

Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. In the event of cancellation, you’ll receive a full refund automatically or be contacted with your options.

5. User-Generated Content

If you submit content via this Site (e.g., comments, social media posts, testimonials), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our marketing and services.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.
